The fastest way is via online form or WhatsApp, where our team confirms availability and helps you choose the right car and rental period instantly.

Insurance covers third-party liability and significant accident damage — it does not cover situations that are purely the renter's responsibility. The deposit is fully refunded unless one or more of the following apply:

• Smoking inside the vehicle — all cars are strictly non-smoking.
• Police fines — any traffic or parking fine received during your rental period.
• Returning with less than a full tank — vehicles must be returned with a full tank, exactly as received.
• Missing equipment — all accessories, documents, and items must be present at return.
• Deep cleaning — standard cleaning is always included at no cost. We only charge if the car requires specialist cleaning, for example removing chewing gum from upholstery or seats.
• Serious scratches or dents — we never charge for minor scratches as that's prevalent in Paraguay, even in Asunción. Deductions only apply to clearly avoidable, more significant damage.

In all other cases your full deposit is returned to you promptly after the rental ends.

When we didn't ask for payment, we had 35% of people who reserved but never fulfilled their booking and we ended up with a car not rented out which loses us money. We are flexible, so please do write to support if you're not sure or not you need a car.

No, it is only allowed to use our cars in Paraguay. The only exception is to visit Foz in Brazil if you informed us about this during the booking.

If you damage the car we will deduct the cost for the damages up to the deposited amount.

You choose the pickup and the drop-off separately when you book, and each one can be any of these:

• Life Recoleta — San Roque González de Santacruz 390, Asunción. Free. Open in Google Maps
• Totem — Totem Café de Especialidad, Asunción. Free. Open in Google Maps
• Silvio Pettirossi Airport — we meet you in the arrivals area. $20. Open in Google Maps
• Your own address in Asunción — your hotel, flat or office. $20. Paste a Google Maps link or type the address when you book.
• Anywhere else — message us on WhatsApp and we'll agree the spot and a small fee.

Yes. The pickup and the drop-off are chosen independently — collect the car at the airport and leave it at Life Recoleta, or the other way round, whatever suits your trip.

The $20 delivery fee applies per handover, not per booking. So:

• Free spot at both ends (Life Recoleta or Totem) — no fee
• Airport or your own address at one end only — $20
• Airport or your own address at both ends — $40

Whatever you pick is shown with its price on the review page before you pay, so there are no surprises.

We can still meet you — there's an out-of-hours charge of $3 for every hour away from our office hours of 08:00–18:00, rounded up, and it's counted separately for the pickup and the return.

Some examples:

• 07:30 or 18:30 — $3
• 06:30 or 19:30 — $6
• Late night and early morning are the most expensive, up to $21 around 01:00

08:00 and 18:00 themselves count as office hours and cost nothing. If both your pickup and your return are out of hours, you pay for each one. The exact amount for every time slot is shown in the dropdown when you pick your times, so you can compare before choosing.

Yes — choose Custom Asunción area for your pickup, drop-off or both, and give us the address. You can paste a Google Maps link or just type it. Delivery within Asunción is $20 per handover.

Outside Asunción, send us a WhatsApp message — we're flexible within reason and will quote you a small fee for the trip.
